For the management of requests and the provision of information to Citizens. This platform facilitates the public that wants to communicate with you. It provides automated information, without call waiting for the caller. It was developed to meet the needs of Organizations, Municipalities and Regions. Indicative projects:
A) The OAED Citizen Telephone Service Number, 11320 (Manpower Employment Organization). The Telephone Service – Call Center – 11320, ensures the accessibility and direct telephone service of all Citizens who contact the Organization.
B) The Citizen Telephone Line of the Municipality of Maroussi, 15321. This platform is an uninterrupted communication channel between the Municipality and the Citizens. It aims to provide the most efficient, effective, direct and easy communication with the Municipality through any channel – phone, email, web, mobile app. It serves in the provision of information, in the submission of requests, in the monitoring of statistics and indicators, with quantitative and qualitative analysis of the operation of the overall service system.
Integrated Telecommunication Services Platform
For Unified Communication and Collaboration services. It centralizes all the ways of communication of an Organization, for better control, efficiency, time saving. The Unification of the Telecommunication Infrastructure of ELTA. The aim of the project is the reduction of the telecommunication costs and the maintenance of the telecommunication infrastructure, the telecommunication integration of all branches and of the central infrastructure, the better control, the increase of cooperation and productivity of employees, the development of advanced services via telephone.
Telecommunication Security Platform
Microbase, giving a strong emphasis on the security and integrity of telecommunications, has developed and offers the Exelysis Audit Platform. The platform offers additional features in the process of calls recording. The Exelysis Audit Platform is particularly important for many industries, where recorded calls contain sensitive data, most notably the financial and medical industries.
Through the Exelysis Audit Platform, companies can encrypt their recordings and assign keys to specific people, so that they can access them. The platform offers, based on the role of each employee, the possibility to ask permission from the supervisor before listening to a recording, depending on its security classification. There is also the possibility of evaluating-grading the recordings that one listens to and extracting relevant reports.

In recent years, the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) has become increasingly popular as a means of payment. With SEPA, a single, competitive and innovative payment market has been created, where payments in euros are made using a single payment account and a single bundle of payment schemes entirely electronically, with speed, security and efficiency.

Voice Recording Bot for Microsoft Teams
Microbase developed through AI – for the Information Society SA by assignment – the Voice Recording Bot, which holds minutes in Microsoft Teams conferences. The Voice Bot accurately records all the verbal communications of a Microsoft Teams meeting, splits them into speakers, and converts them into text.
• The user simply activates the Voice Bot during the meeting.
• The Voice Recording Bot records audio and converts it to text.
• At the end of the conference the user can edit the text – if necessary – and send it electronically.

Integrated Telecommunication Infrastructure
Microbase undertakes to serve -among many- highly specialized communication needs. For example, the installation of a complete communication infrastructure on highways. The specific projects had to comply with all European Regulations and required the use of the most advanced technology. As it happened. Indicative projects:
A) Corinthos-Tripoli-Kalamata National Road | a distance of 205km.
An integrated telecommunications environment was installed throughout the route. Telephone booths were set up for emergency calls from drivers, tunnel notification systems, toll interfaces, PBXs, alarm systems, etc. With the modern Microbase technology and Exelysis, the driver safety and the easy communication between the motorway support services, were ensured.
B) Elefsina-Corinthos-Patra National Road | a distance of 201.5km.
A very difficult task, due to the special geomorphology of the route. The needs of the project were equally demanding, but with an additional difficulty; the existence of many technology suppliers. The telecommunications solutions provided by Microbase overcame the biggest obstacle of the project, that of the “cooperation” of the systems of all technology suppliers involved. The flexibility and adaptability of Exelysis once again provided the solution.
