Communication automation project by Microbase for Propharm SA

Microbase has successfully completed the automation of telephone communication for the drugstore PROFARM SA, based on the call management platform Exelysis Contact Center.


The automation includes interconnection with the ERP of the drugstore, automation of outgoing calls to the cooperating pharmacies, use of a voice portal for orders or scheduling of calls, as well as routing of calls based on the skills of the agents and the type of call.
